DATE:             September 18, 2010

 

PLACE:           White Clay Creek State Park, 2 miles north of the University of Delaware

                      Campus on Route 896.  There is a parking fee in effect.

 

RACES:           10:30am           Men's 8000m Run

                      11:15am           Women's 5000m Run

 

RULES:           NCAA rules apply.  You may enter as many athletes as you would like. 

                     Your first five runners will score and your next two will hold places.

 

COURSE:        The course consists of dirt and grass trails with some rough footing. 

     Spikes or racing flats are recommended.  The course will be marked and

     available at 4:00pm Friday or after 8:00am Saturday.  If you would like to

     tour the course on Friday, please call Jim Fischer at 302-831-8846 to make

     arrangements.
