High school athletes will have separate heats. High School athletes whose school does not |
have an indoor Track Program must compete as an Open Athlete in the Open Sections.

Throwing circles are wooden. |

¼" spikes should be used in races and jumps. Heats are set by ability, not age. |

Bring your own pole vault poles and implements. Blocks will be provided for the 55m/60m |
dash and the hurdle events only.
