NAVY WOMEN’S TRACK & FIELD MEET January 16, 2010
The January 16thth Navy Women’s Track and Field Meet will be held at the new Wesley Brown Field House at 2:30 p.m. Invited teams are Lehigh University, Mount St. Mary’s, James Madison, Virginia Commonwealth and UNC Willmington.
GENERAL GUIDELINES: Entries: On-Line Team entries are due in to Direct Athletics NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, January 12th, 2010. Click Here for DirectAthletics Registration Page Scratches: By phone with Coach Criste @ (410-293-5580) between 9am - noon on Thursday, Jan. 14th.
Facilities: Shower/locker room facilities will be available across the street in McDonough Hall.
Entry Fee: $200 per Women’s Team (or $10/athlete) payable upon arrival.
Starting Time: There could be a slight delay due to the men's meet beforehand.
Gate Pass Info: Please see the security information below for entry onto the Naval Academy.
Scoring: Top 8 places score (10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2,1), each team can only score it’s Top 2 finishers, and only one relay/school scores. There is no limit on the number of entries that you may put in each event. Fours jumps/throws per field athletes (except for the vertical jumps).

Naval Academy Gate Entry Procedures for Visiting Teams
Dear Coach;
As is always the case, we need to continue to work with the Naval Academy’s security team to ensure that all safety issues are addressed. In order to be permitted entrance to the Naval Academy on competition days, teams are required to apply in advance for access.
Please go to the following website and fill out the form AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR to each scheduled competition date: http://navysports.collegesports.com/ot/navy-visitors-gatepassform.html
If the above link does not work, please follow the directions below: --Go to www.navysports.com --Approximately half way down on the right side, click on “Visitors and Security” option. --Choose “Access and Maps to the Naval Academy” --In the center of the page, choose the last option, “Visiting Team and Game Officials Information…” --Under Security Information, choose “NAAA Visiting Team Gate Pass List”. --Enter your team’s vehicle information. --Enter meet date/time information.
Please remember that any individual entering the Naval Academy is required to present a photo ID on request. You will receive an emailed confirmation, validating that your access information has been received.
