Naval Academy Gate Entry Procedures for Visiting Teams

Thank you for your help and support of Antiterrorism and Force Protection (ATFP) at the United States Naval Academy. 

For the 2012 season, the Academy has made several changes in the online campus access request procedure for Visiting Sports Teams and Officials.

*      The number one change is the “PASSWORD PROTECTION” that visiting teams/referees will need in order to fill-out the on-line form for access to the YARD.

1.       From the main www.navysports.com access information page, click on either the “TEAM” OR “REFEREE” link.

2.       On the ensuing page select “track & field” and then enter the user name “team” for teams; and then the password “go2navy!”

3.       Upon correctly entering the password the appropriate page to request access information will appear.

*          Forms can be submitted ONE MONTH in advance of competition

*      Forms MUST be submitted NO LATER THAN ONE FULL WEEK (7 CALENDAR DAYS) From the INITIAL DATE OF ACCESS.

*      PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE SUBMITTED your ACCESS FORM AHEAD OF THE DEADLINE.  FAILURE TO DO will RESULT IN THE VISITING TEAM  or meet official, PARKING OUTSIDE campus AND WALKING ON! L

*      This form is only to be utilized by meet officials as well as the athletes and official travel party/staff for the visiting teams. 

*      This information is not to be passed on to families, friends or any other non-official visitors or any non-official visitors of either our Navy personnel or those of the visiting team.

1.      Please review your request form to make sure it accurately reflects your ENTIRE team and staff roster.

  

Please remember that any individual entering the Naval Academy is required to present a photo ID on request.  You will receive an emailed confirmation,
